You agree not to:
We may suspend accounts that breach these rules, and we may delete games containing unlawful content without notice.
Players join games via a one-shot code or invite link and a browser-local token. They don't create accounts. As host you are responsible for explaining to players what data the game collects (their seat name and their order decisions) and ensuring you have the right to invite them — see the Privacy Policy.
We aim for best-effort availability but provide no SLA on the free educational tier. Planned maintenance windows are announced via the instructor dashboard. The service is provided "as is"; we may change features or pricing with reasonable notice.
The Beer Game application — source code, design, copy, illustrations — is © suPlay BV. The "Beer Game" as a supply-chain teaching exercise is in the public educational domain (MIT, 1960s) and not claimed as our IP. You retain ownership of your accounts, scenarios you customise, and any data you put into the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, suPlay BV's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited to direct damages and capped at €100 or twelve (12) months of fees paid by you for the service, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the account. We may terminate for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Overijssel, seat of Almelo, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules apply.
